This recipe uses only 100% Italian eggs from a controlled supply chain, butter, "OGM FREE" Soy flour (not genetically modified) ground with a small rotating stone mill and condensed milk. The soy flour, rich in proteins, is easily digestible and goes perfectly with the sweet and intense flavor of condensed milk, creating a very original taste. It was one of the first creations of Artebianca and still today one of the leaders in sales.
Type "0" soft wheat flour , Sugar, Butter , Stone ground soy flour (10%), Egg white , Fresh eggs , Sunflower oil, Condensed milk , Raising agents (disodium diphosphate, acid carbonate of sodium, rice starch). It may contain traces of: soy and nuts .
It does not contain GMOs, preservatives, dyes and flavors.
