Wholemeal biscuits are Artebianca's third creation. After months of experimentation, the right doses of selected raw materials, with the addition of dextrose, a sugar with a lower sweetening power than sucrose (about 70% less but with the same energy value), led to the creation of a product with an unmistakable, tasty and crunchy flavor. Wholemeal flour has the advantage of keeping the nutrients present in the germ intact, because the grain is used in its entirety and the fibers contained in it have a strong stimulating power. An alchemy of unique flavors in a healthy and nutritious biscuit.
Type "0" soft wheat flour , sugar, stone ground whole wheat flour (15%), butter , fresh eggs , egg white , sunflower oil, dextrose, raising agents (disodium diphosphate, acid carbonate sodium, rice starch). It may contain traces of: soy and nuts .
It does not contain GMOs, preservatives, dyes and flavors.
