Cantuccio alle Mandorle is a classic of the Italian confectionery tradition. Born as a typical Tuscan biscuit, it is greatly enhanced by Artebianca thanks to the quantity of 100% Italian almonds present in the recipe. A simple biscuit with a unique taste in a 100% transparent packaging synonymous with transparency towards our consumers. It is the "homemade" interpretation of the typical Tuscan biscuit: source of fiber, without the addition of flavorings and preservatives, with 100% Italian eggs from a controlled supply chain and with an authentic taste, given by excellent quality ingredients and the method of dough.
Type "0" soft wheat flour , Sugar, Almonds (23%), Fresh eggs , Butter , Whole milk , Sunflower oil, Egg yolk , Raising agents (disodium diphosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate, rice starch ). It may contain traces of: soy and nuts .
