Vanilla & Chocolate biscuits are the harmonious alchemy between stone-ground wholemeal flour , a careful selection of stone-ground “type 2” ancient grains and 100% Italian eggs from a controlled supply chain. The perfect mix of 0 KM ancient grains and wholemeal flour give the biscuit an extraordinary friability. Ancient wheat, a less refined cereal than the others, and wholemeal flour, rich in fibers and proteins, retain all the nutritional properties in a single biscuit. The vanilla and the drops of fine Belgian chocolate give a Gourmet touch to the biscuit, guaranteeing an unmistakable taste; Furthermore, these cookies are low in salt and contain no additives or preservatives .
Whole wheat "Flour stone-ground" (35%), Sugar, flour of ancient soft wheats type 2 "crushed stone" (17%), butter, whole milk, chocolate drops (7%) (Ingredients: Sugar , Cocoa mass, Cocoa butter, Dextrose, emulsifier: soy lecithin), Fresh eggs, Sunflower oil , Egg white , Raising agents (disodium diphosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate, rice starch), Natural vanilla flavor ( 0.05%). It may contain traces of: soy and nuts .
It does not contain GMOs, preservatives, dyes and synthetic flavors.
