Ginger & Chocolate biscuits are the harmonious alchemy between stone-ground wholemeal flour, a careful selection of stone-ground “type 2” ancient grains, raw cane sugar, 100% Italian eggs from a controlled supply chain and Ginger root. The perfect mix of ancient KM 0 grains and wholemeal flour give the biscuit an extraordinary friability; ancient wheat, a less refined cereal than the others, and wholemeal flour, rich in fibers and proteins, maintain all the nutritional properties in a single biscuit. Ginger, superfood par excellence, together with the drops of fine Belgian chocolate give a Gourmet touch to the biscuit, guaranteeing
an unmistakable taste; furthermore, these biscuits are low in salt and do not contain additives or preservatives .
"Stone ground" whole wheat flour (36%), Raw cane sugar, Fresh eggs , Butter , Chocolate chips (7%) (Ingredients: Sugar, Cocoa mass, Cocoa butter, Dextrose, emulsifier: lecithin soy flour) of ancient soft wheats type 2 "crushed stone" (7%), whole milk, Orange juice, Ginger (1%), sunflower oil, leavening agents (difosfatodisodico, sodium carbonate acid, starch of rice). It may contain traces of: soy and nuts .
It does not contain GMOs, preservatives, dyes and synthetic flavors.
